With an MSc in Logistics and Transport Management and international assignments behind, Charlotte has a well-documented history of leading organizational and change management as well as business development.

Per Olof Arnäs
Per Olof Arnäs has been working in, around, and with the logistics industry since the late 1980s, both as an industry professional and as a researcher. He holds a PhD in logistics from Chalmers University of Technology where he also has worked as a researcher, teacher and Vice Head of Department. He has extensive experience on the digital development of the freight industry and has held advisory roles to the Swedish government as well as the European Commission. He’s worked for the fast growing scale-up Einride as Director of Logistics Strategy. Per Olof’s commitment to digitization and sustainable development positions him at the forefront of future transport solutions. He is also the host and founder of the podcast Logistikpodden, Sweden’s oldest podcast on logistics established 2014.

As co-founder of Trebuchet Group and current CCO at InQuire Nordic, Øystein combines deep industry knowledge with strategic process design and leadership. Øystein’s education includes a master’s in management with a specialization in logistics and change management.
